June 15, 2022 at 12:51 PMVery good question! I would say if it's past 17:00, you can say 晚上, so 晚上十点钟 is correct. Here's a small recap, before 12:00 we say 上午, at noon we say 中午, and in the afternoon we say 下午. After 17:00 people will start saying 晚上, but this depends a bit on the region and people.
