xiāmāopèngdàosǐhàozi ”shì zhǐ nénglì bùzú de rén zǒuyùn le 。dànshì zhè bùshì yī jù chēngzàn biérén de huà ，tā shì zài shuō biérén de bùhǎo 。

“A blind cat meets a dead mouse” means incompetent people are in luck. This is not used to compliment others, but to speak ill of them.
