想到家乡菜就忍不住咽口水啊，再往南边到广东，粤菜就兼融中西菜色，自成一家了。粤菜的用料很广博，选料珍奇，简单的说，广东人什么都敢吃。

My mouth can't help watering thinking of local hometown dishes, a little further south to Guangdong we have Cantonese food, which is a fusion between Chinese and Western cuisine, forming a tradition of its own. Lots of ingredients are used for Cantonese food, they use a lot of odd ingredients. Simply speaking, people from Guangdong eat anything.

在我们北方，一般都是以面食为主，像饺子、馒头、这样的小吃比较多。北方菜以蒸菜、炖菜为主，比较出名的家乡菜我想就是东北大乱炖和小鸡炖蘑菇了吧。
