Actually with the flashcard program I use it is very easy to go into the edit history, select any new or edited items and copy them all to the clipboard. It only takes a minute at the end of studying the lesson and it makes me feel like I am giving something back. Also it is quite possible there are some mishearings in the list so please feel free to point out any you spot!
