January 11, 2008 at 9:57 PMI won't let it keep me from going, but regardless of destination, nothing will dampen my enthusiasm like crappy restrooms. (I would say "no pun intended," but you would all know I was lying.)

January 4, 2008 at 8:12 PMOk, Amber, I have a grammar question. In your examples, you used both the "有...层" (yǒu...céng) structure and the "是...层的" (shì...céng de) structure to say "x building is x stories tall." Can you expound on this a little?

January 15, 2008 at 2:59 AM发 showed up the other day in 发票, and it was 1st tone, not 4th or neutral. Is that because we weren't talking about hair?
