Yes we had a Cpod meet-up in the beginning of November at Malones. There are indeed some photos on our facebook page, so if you have access take a look!

应该 yīnggāi - means 'should/ought to'. For example 你应该减肥 - nǐ yīnggāi jiǎnféi. You should lose weight. It's a suggestion.
要 yào - means either 'must. More assertive

泡 means "to soak" or "to steep" - steep has the same meaning - to soak in water :)
