My mnemonics for 5 ying: 英 [yīng] : a brave man, a hero goes first to the battle. 迎 [yíng] : to greet my guests, I lift my two arms 嬴 [yíng] : I just won and I lift my arm(s) in sign of victory. 影 [yǐng] : looking at my shadow, I first lower my head to see it starting from my feet, then lift it a little to see where it ends. 硬 [yìng] : I lift my arm and knock my skull to feel how hard it is. It hurts me but now I remember that 硬 is fourth tone.

thanks Changye, More precisely, I wanted to know if it's also possible to ask: 几点上班? for opening time. 几点下班? for closing time. Two waiters from two different restaurants told me it's also possible. But I still have a doubt.

My ploy number 1 is to find a way to make women laugh. It works rarely. Unrelated to that remark however related somehow because as taoists say everything is related: Can we have a lesson or (and) a QW using probability and math vocab such as "%,+,-,x,/" ?
