I haven't thanked you in a long time for pronouncing your words clearly and not too fast. Because I was able to hear the words, I was able to understand a lot of this Upper Intermediate lesson. (Also, because I already familiar with some of the vocabulary.)

January 8, 2009 at 11:48 AMThank you changye and rjberki for the wonderful explanations you shared.
One of the reasons I love Chinesepod is that other non-Chinese students are able to answer many of the grammar questions that stump me.

December 10, 2008 at 12:01 PMMy coffee habit has taken a drastic change --especially since I discovered my own flavor. You all should try adding a small piece of ginger and a little cinnamon to your coffee. It's really good. Yummm.

December 5, 2008 at 1:11 PMGuys,
My question is slightly off the topic. I ask it because "zuoyou" is on my list of vocabulary words for this week.
In my assignment I see two sentences that have approximate words in the front and back of "verb + object". Is this some type of pattern? For example, can I say:
nimen dagai deng yige xiaoshi zuoyou/yishang. or
nimen zuishao deng yige xiaoshi zuoyou/yishang.

November 26, 2008 at 10:49 PMis "kending" 肯定 the same as "yiding"? If not, what is the difference between the two?
