When I first listened to this dialogue, I didn't understand much of it. However, after listening to you read each line, I did much better when it was repeated at the end. I think you do a great job. You pronounce your words very clearly and you speak neither too fast nor too slow. So, THANK YOU.
For me, studying Chinese is a lot less stressful when I can hear the words. Even though I know many of the other listeners don't share my problem, I want you to know that I appreciate your effort to speak/read slower.

1. Why was "you" used in the first sentence?
2. If you knew the person at the desk was a much older woman, would you still say "xiaojie"? Could you also say "taitai" or "fuwuyuan"?
