预定和预订 are interchangeable in some contexts, but are not entirely interchangeable.
定和订声调一样(同音词）.both have the same tone.
although the meaning is different the concept is similar.
预定 means to make prior arrangements or to schedule.
预订 means to book, place an order.

in your example sentence 它 wouldn't be used in that context, rather 都 is used to describe all of them.
however, although incorrect,i have heard some native speakers refer to plural inanimate objects or concepts as 它们。the correct way to refer to plural inanimate objects is 所有， 都， 全部等等

as far as i know if it is not a living organism 无机物 as opposed to a living one 有机物，then the 们 is dropped. 们 is also dropped when the noun or pronoun is preceded by a numerical quantifier. 这孩子们真麻烦。 这三个孩子真麻烦。
concepts ideas etc also fall into the category of 无机物. although they are not 可见的无机物 they are as you say 抽象物

送 escorting someone somewhere by any means of transport, the means of transport is not important, rather the context. for eg grandma may be going blind and needs someone to 送 her to her friends place in a taxi, bus, or by foot. the person doing the 送ing is their to make sure grandma doesn't get mugged etc. she needs someone to 送 her.
送 seeing off guests,friends, relatives,clients etc.after a dinner the host will usually see the guest to the door or to their car, or whatever, the length to which the host is willing to go to 送 the guests reflects the esteem with which the host sees his guest.
我送你 I'll see you off. 别送了 no need to see me off.
送's other uses; to deliver, accompany, and give a present.

我先来给你讲不好的消息。我今早和军部谈论你的意见，讲完后军将把你的意见给鲸鱼航母将清清楚楚，结果我们鲸鱼到底没有我们认为那么强壮和男子汉，其实都算女人家，一听到了就心脏病发作而死掉了。后来小海豚‘快速反应队’开会而决定罢工了，部长说政府非赶快找到其他的鲸鱼以代替他们可怜死亡的不可，他们不肯承担所有劳力花费用，接着说若政府不愿意接受其所发布的要求，海豚快速反应队就要移民到纽西兰去。政府反应真的搞笑，说纽西兰就算是澳洲的又小又原始部分之一，随你们便！终于海豚队认得出政府讲的道理而留下了。
我才来给你讲好消息吧！最终政府发言人在媒体发言会发布后来防卫南极长期规划将要经过一些变动，说为取代离奇的死亡鲸鱼而将要和日本捕鲸船合作。
