If you want to know, you can ask: 你们回收啤酒瓶吗？ Nǐmen huíshōu píjiǔpíng ma？ In some residential areas, there are some people who will recycle old things such as 报纸、矿泉水瓶、啤酒瓶等等，they usually are on a bicyle with a cart and wait outside the apartment complex gate.
