Thank you for solving my decade long question.

Glad to hear that. I feel the language at this kind of events is pretty formulaic, lots of "your industry is developing fast, you must be very busy, etc." . Learn it and you will be good for a lifetime.

参观/cānguān is commonly used in tourist or some sort of site visit context. You can say 参观故宫/cānguān gùgōng/visit(tour) the Forbidden City. In the expansion sentence, 谢谢你来我们公司参观/xièxie nǐ lāi wǒmen gōngsī cānguān means thank you for taking the time to visit us at the office(you can use this when a client pays you a visit to tour your facilities or in our case, users come here to have a tour of where lessons are produced). It's actually a very appropriate phrase to use.

找找 is a double whammy. First, apply the two third tone rule (first third becomes a second), then slightly deemphasize the second third tone, and make it sound like a neutral. 找找 thus becomes zháozhao. Same goes for words like 想想。That sounds extremely confusing even to a native speaker. So don't get bogged down by the mechanics, just pay attention to the pronunciation as you encounter them.
