September 13, 2011 at 6:10 AMThey both mean in the past. But 以前 is used more as a stand alone time word, e.g. 我以前住在上海。If you want to use them to detail a time, e.g. 10 years ago, 10年之前 and 10年以前 are both fine.

September 13, 2011 at 5:30 AMThere is a small difference between "驳斥” and “反驳” .
”驳斥” means to refute and criticize, because "斥" means to criticize, 就是既反驳又批评。
“反驳” just means to refute.
不通 and 不了 both are potential complements. But the collocations are different, e.g. 去不了，吃不了, 行不通，打不通 (电话）。They can't be interchanged in most cases.

1)Please open the lesson page and refresh to reload lesson's data.
2) If that doesn't help, please try to delete lesson from your phone, synchronize the self-study list and open the same lesson again.
3) If the above doesn't work, please try to sign out and sign in again.
We had a user with the same problem on his Android, (3) worked for him. Please let me know if it works. Sincere apologies about the inconvenience!

I checked your account, you can't use the rest of the components because you have a Basic account. We used to have a bug where all users got full access to the mobile app. We recently fixed that. So now, Premium and above users have full access to the app.
