Roman, our Android developer used your account to test on his Android device. It worked. He suggested that you try the following:

I never thought about it that way, but I think it could imply that. However, many people in China still tell you their age plus one year. It's not outdated. BTW, 我是二十五岁 and 我是二十五岁了 are not correct. 是 is not used to describe age. 我二十五岁 or 我二十五岁了 are correct.

I think this lesson is hard because it features a lot of resume or job hunting terms, almost formulaic language, e.g. 求职意向. I think st the upper level, you are developing vertical knowledge of the language in specialized areas rather than wide breadth. Re your question, 也罢 and 而已 are different. 也罢often means something is futile, and it's often used with negation, meaning doing or not doing makes no difference. 只知道皮毛的不写也罢的意思是只知道皮毛没有用，employer不会觉得这有价值，所以写不写都无所谓。E.g. 这么破的房子， 不买也罢。 （这么破的房子，买了也没用，还不如不买。）
