三页太多了，一个热门岗位会收到成百上千份简历，HR根本没功夫仔细看！最好只用一页。

Three pages is too much. A really popular position can receive hundreds and hundreds of resumes. HR definitely doesn't have the time to look closely at every single one! Ideally you should only have one page.
