For example, someone asks to join you for lunch or someone wants to visit your new home, you can simply reply with 欢迎. 欢迎你 would be unnatural. But in a complete sentence such as 北京欢迎你 or 欢迎你来我们办公室, it's a different construction.

I don't think many Chinese are true tea connoisseurs and most people's understanding of tea is quite pedestrian and regionalized. But tea truly is one of the most refined and under appreciated aspects of Chinese culture. My husband who is Canadian had attitude similar to yours. But he got into tea last year and now looks at tea with a fresh set of eyes. You might find his blog interesting.

只需要说“评估”，不是 “评价的评估”。“评价”是名词。
