Thank you for the picture and the article, which we call 软文/ruan3 wen2, literally soft (advertising) article, PR article. The medicle word in particular is notorious for that tactic.

I havnt seen a single pregnant woman without a radiation proof coat.

Bench press is 卧举/wo4 ju3. 卧 means lying still, 举 means lift.
Squat is 蹲/dun1.
Waist belt is 护腰/hu4 yao1.
