Two questions on the second part of the sentence:
1. So 打钱 ("hit money") can be used for stealing?
2. The construction 担心...主意 gives me a headache. He fears *the idea* of other people stealing his money?
I would probably simply say:
总担心别人会打他钱.
Would that be OK also?
