And I'm afraid the reaction to this word is more than angry, you'll get a punch on your face if you use it randomly. Soooo, let's forget this word!

Exactly, 球迷 is the word, but for hooligans, I'm not sure if there are hooligans in other sports, but for football "足球流氓” Zúqiú liúmáng

Just tell them you need "止汗露", actually, "止汗露" smells really good, and some are roll-on and some are spray.
