"但是最后他得到了全部的功劳" is grammatically correct, but sounds a bit Chinglish.

跟经理谈话的时候你要用正式语言。
Gēn jīnglǐ tánhuà de shíhou nǐ yào yòng zhèngshì yǔyán.
You need to use formal language when speaking to the Director.
A casual conversation：非正式谈话fēizhèngshì tánhuà or 很随意的谈话hěn suíyì de tánhuà
