"背" is a 多音字，has two pronunciations as in your list.
In the expansion sentence "我的背很痛，能帮我按一下吗？", it should be "bèi ", means "back".

马马虎虎 doesn't have the meaning of "about". It's only used in these two situations.
1. To answer the question "......怎么样？", means "not bad, so-so".
A：你最近怎么样？
NǏ zuìjìn zěnmeyàng?
How have you been lately?
B：马马虎虎。
Mǎmǎhūhū.
So-so.
2. means "passable".
不用很好，马马虎虎就行了。
Bùyòng hěn hǎo, mǎmǎhūhū jiù xíngle.
It doesn't need to be great, just passable.
差不多 is normally used in these two situations.
1. means "about".
我在上海住了差不多六年了。
Wǒ zài Shànghǎi zhù le chàbuduō liù nián le.
I've lived in Shanghai for about six years now.
2. means "about the same".
他们长得差不多。
Tāmen zhǎng de chàbuduō.
They look about the same.
他们的汉语水平差不多。
Tāmen de hànyǔ shuǐpíng chàbuduō.
Their Chinese levels are about the same.

Your examples are correct.
我给你买一杯咖啡吧。
我给你买了一杯咖啡。
In this construction, 了 is placed after the verb.
eg: 你给小狗洗澡了吗？Nǐ gěi xiǎo gǒu xǐzǎo le ma？
