Yes. There is a typo in the dialogue. It should be five weeks, not five months.

“于”比较书面。
它经常用在时间、地点的前面或者后面。
比如：
Chinesepod成立于2005年。
他们将于1月1日举行婚礼。
他1999年毕业于北京大学。
毛泽东出生于湖南。
这笔资金只能用于房屋的维修。

We don't use nèimiàn or nèibiān. But we use "内部nèibù"，
eg: 内部消息 nèibù xiāoxi
内部结构 nèibù jiégòu
内部问题 nèibù wèntí

We don't use the 五年内 construction with 上 or 下.
"In the last five years" 在过去的五年内 zài guòqù de wǔ nián nèi
"In the next five years" 在未来的五年内 zài wèilái de wǔ nián nèi
