我们一般都是请油漆工来刷墙和喷油漆。在这个方面,我们好像真的缺少了DIY精神。有的人觉得请人比较方便,自己做太麻烦了。有的人可能真的不会,像我,我就觉得刷墙是一件挺困难的事。

March 11, 2010 at 3:22 AMIf you are talking about a person's "throat" then 喉咙 and 嗓子 are indeed interchangeable. However 嗓子 also means "voice" . So when describing someone's voice you could say 我喜欢她的嗓子.Wǒ xǐhuan tā de sǎngzi.

When addressing family members, we usually only use 你 as formality is not needed. It's a casual situation
But, in this dialogue, it is a thanksgiving call, the son wants to sincerely thank his mother. So to make it more courteous and meaningful he addresses his mother as 您 rather then the usual 你!

"我有一个哥哥。wǒ yǒu yī ge gēge." is correct.
"口" is only used to ask how many people in your family.
eg,
---你家有几口人?Nǐ jiā yǒu jǐ kǒu rén?
---我家有三口人。Wǒ jiā yǒu sān kǒu rén.

Hǎoxiàng Zhōngguórén dōu yào jiābān. Wǒ lǎopo měi xīngqī dōu bùdébù jiābān. Wǒ bù xǐhuan zài zhōumò gōngzuò.

When you only see someone once a week, you can say, "祝你好运!Zhù nǐ hǎo yùn!"
