青春痘和痘痕这两个词听起来感觉有一点点不舒服。
如果想说得好听一点，我们也会说：她的皮肤不太好。or 她的皮肤有点问题。
中国人觉得长青春痘是因为太喜欢吃辣的、容易上火的东西，经常熬夜，不注意卫生，不洗脸，不洗头，等等。

"豆 dòu" is bean. eg, 黄豆huángdòu，绿豆lǜdòu，咖啡豆kāfēidòu，豆腐dòufu...
"痘 dòu" is smallpox.

Since the Pinyin text has "r" at the end, we'll change the audio to "dònghuàpiānr".
