Nothing much is free in this life .. they usually just add it on to the bill.

I think there's a fair bit of truth in the wisdom that many people don't appreciate what they don't pay for.Folk can be pretty wasteful with free napkins and if people are more enviromentally conscious then that's good.

I also wonder how you'd say 3 ply in Chinese?
