thanks for 上去...I have struck that before but forgot.
哎呀...I knew which was which with those measure words John gave in the lesson. I think what happened is I changed my mind which order I was going to write them in and got careless when I went back and translated. Anyhow, thanks for picking up on that mate. :)
ah, thanks also for 支...good one...how did you know that?...any good tips for finding those mw's?

February 21, 2011 at 11:26 AM让我想起来我小时候每次看电影之前在屏幕上一个万宝路男子香烟广告出现。。他看起来那么勇敢那么杰，真厉害还有那个广告的首歌强调那样的感觉。一代以后看过一部万宝路广告讽刺。。那么搞笑。。发现几年抽烟以后万宝路男子真可怜的人物，总是有咳嗽，等等
我刚刚找得到都那两个广告。。可惜。。。有人看过？

is interesting for a couple of reasons. Firstly I recently used 空中小姐 on the boards and on hearing 空姐 immediately realised that it was obviously a shortened form. I'd like to see more on full and abreviated forms of vocab though as it won't always be so easy to guess.
Secondly, it is translated as:
(She has a friend that is a stewardess that I heard made a lot of money buying cosmetics and re-selling them.)
...I'm guessing that as the word 代购 is used and from context, the stewardess is buying these goods on behalf of her friend and then this friend [not the stewardess] is the one re-selling for a profit, right?
