Can't see how that's helpful. I listened and thought that Jenny and Shanell did a great job. They both have very pleasant voices though, nothing jarring that might wake you up if sleepy.

Good question mate. While you're waiting for a teacher's answer which will explain it a lot better than I can, thought I'd just share my thoughts on it. I think of 再 as your everyday word for again. Simple stuff like in 再见。。again see [goodbye, see you later], 再来一杯啤酒....bring me another beer. I think of 重 as more specific, repeating something more involved, like reinstalling an operating system. Hmm, I guess this shows I only have a feel for usage without really being able to explain the difference. You can go to places like mdbg and look at sample sentences to get more of a feel .
