" 田螺姑娘, 田螺姑娘, wherefore art thou 田螺姑娘?"

...haha, love it...except I should point out that when Juliet lamented:

"Romeo, Romeo wherefore art thou Romeo"

..she was bewailing that he was a Montague [as their families were feuding] and thus her "wherefore" was questioning "why?" it had to be so. Whereas I suspect you are searching for "where" is your 田螺姑娘 [to come and cook for you]

really interesting that it was apparently changed because the components of 坂 , namely 土[earth/soil] and 反 [return] , suggested that Osaka would return to the soil.

Ah, I've been meaning to ask the same question/look it up. Thanks for the link RJ. For some reason it didn't work for me, but it still gave me the name which I found in my itunes store.

just listened to the first two no problems. Was it all of them you were having trouble with or just some?

I must say I found the new intro a pleasant surprise. That's not to say I wasn't a huge fan of Ambers and I also liked the old intro. But the old intro's are still there as well as all her lessons and Dear Amber, and it's nice to have a change. Wouldn't say it was better or worse, just different and I thought it was pretty cool...nice and mellow actually which is nice.

just checked todays one mate, and it just downloaded all the files at full speed [about a minute for the cd quality one]. I did have trouble with one a few weeks ago and then one other one in the last few days but otherwise fine.

In a similar vein, is anyone having any trouble connecting to the mobile version of the site? I haven't been able to connect from my iphone for the last few days, but I could connect to the standard version of the site. The thing is, on the run, you need to connect to the mobile version to listen to the latest lesson when you're out and about.
