Its good to have guys like David often in the lessons now, always the balance of male and female voices is a good mix. I have been told that my Chinese voice is 'higher' (ahem) than my English voice, which could be due to listening to alot of female-female lessons (as the majority of Advance lessons histoically have been). If this is the case its a funny by-product of the lesson format. OK maybe funny for you... for me, thats just not cool.... and no, I dont sound like Jenny! :-)

And why is it that Dog Meat does not qualify as a related lesson?!

Probably! Sort of reminds of a Japanese children's story called 吞掉公主的巨人 that I once read (in Chinese) where a giant liked the princess so much that he ate her, along with all of her favorite things like her harp and favorite clothes. Nice story for kids huh?

I randomly selected Dog Meat and Animal Rights to review after this lesson. What synergy! Hey you can eat well and get rich doing so. I guess.

I have not given up on the grammar crusade. I find that its the only learning element I need to get (or at least look for) outside of CPOD. Listening / reading is great but to 造句子 one must know grammar intimately, and to a level not currently learnable under the current CPOD structure, yes I think so.

You know it would be really useful to have a grammar section in each lesson, as there is for vocab for example. Grammar is my latest kick, Im hooked! I know there is a grammar section of the site as a whole, but I am talking more about lesson-specific grammar points with explanation and expansion.
