What is the difference between "演唱会” and "音乐会"?

Incidentally, my pinyin input on my computer recognizes 音乐会 as a word, but does not recognize 演唱会.

The sentence, "我只是说了她几句而已, 她就哭了。" is translated as: "I only said a few things about her and she cried."

Where in this sentence is it made clear that the speaker said negative things ABOUT the girl, rather than TO the girl?

Also, how do we know it was mean things that were said, as opposed to, maybe, she was already upset about something, but trying to be strong, but when someone said a few words of consolation she burst into tears?

I see that there's been some brief mention of this in the comments already, but I'm still not quite clear: what is the difference between 奶酪 and 芝士? (My typing program doesn't even recognize 芝士 as a word.)

Can 湿冷 be used to refer to anything other than weather? Such as condensation on a cold glass or something?

Also, I'd heard 烤炉 for "oven" rather than the  烤箱 mentioned in the dialogue. When is one used over the other?

I had learned "公共汽车" for a public bus. What is the difference between this and “公交车”?

Hello? What does "Hái yào chuï yángjiâo hào" mean?" In the dialogue the female speaker says this right after "要去犹太会堂祈祷,请求上帝宽恕你的罪恶" but it's not in the transcript.

Something is not clear to me: what does that mean, exactly, to accompany his wife to welcome the birth of their child? Does that mean he went with his wife to the hospital when she went into labour? Does it mean he went with her to the baby room to visit it post-delivery?

Maybe this is too late, but, could someone elaborate on the meaning of 拿来主义? I only got a vague notion of its meaning from the podcast. What would the translation be?
