June 2, 2016 at 3:03 AMI always get my left and right mixed up in Mandarin as well, I don't know why. My wife on the other hand always gets her left and right mixed up in English but is fine in Mandarin, funny how the brain works like that.

I will look into learning how to properly play and thanks to this lesson I have some great vocabulary to use while speaking with my father in-law. Thanks for another great lesson :)

Was taking transit to work while listening to this and I was so relaxed that I fell asleep on the train and woke up at the end of the line with a homeless person going through my pockets. I tried to yell at him but I had forgotten how to speak english and had to use my now perfectly fluent mandarin! Time to switch from ChinesePod to EnglishPod I guess :(

How would you say that Taiwan and Mainland China are like in this regard? Is sexual health and safety opening supported or is it still a bit of a taboo subject?
