July 3, 2007 at 4:15 PMCON AGRA - corn is really tough here in China. First time I tried it I thought I was eating bark. Nowadays I have learned how to ask for soft wussy-teeth white corn. 我要白色的，年一点的。（我说的对吗？） 中国的玉米对我很难吃，又硬又chewy。不过在这里很容易在路上卖玉米，也很便宜，一个是一块钱。听说有时候有人加什么药对那个玉米可以返外面很久，对我们的身体不好。但是，还听说没有多人这样子做，应为买玉米的价费已经那么地，加药也花钱，所以没有人做。我因该相信谁？ 谁知道在中国什么是真的什么是假的呀！ :)

BTW, actually in the U.S. it's also quite common to say west coast time, or Pacific Standard Time or Eastern Standard Time. And I'm pretty sure since it's 11:26 am here in my city, it' should be the same in SHANGHAI now!!! 你们迟到了！！！ nimen chidao le. You're late!
