It's a lot like Facebook. My wife uses it, but not so much to play games or to stay in touch with friends. She uses it as an endless source of interesting videos and jokes that friends in her network post (or re-post).

Thanks, I appreciate the feedback. I think we're basically on the right track with regards to difficulty levels, but we should be doing more to inform users what to do and what to expect. We are working on this.

Thanks for the support. I chose today's topic specifically because it had once caused confusion for me as a learner. As you probably know, ChinesePod has always been very learner-centric, empathizing with the student of Chinese, and this is one way we do it.
I don't have an immediate answer for your following question, so I'll defer to our native speaker teachers, who can get back to you on Monday morning.
