Well, now in this episode, everyone knows who is the 'black cat' and who is Detective Li calling to. But there is probably no time to decode what Li said in such an urgent situation. So, Detective Li used a special way to tell the other directly what to do, via a cell phone.

“闲话一句” 或 “一句闲话” 指：1）说话直接，没废话，不拐弯抹角。2）说到的肯定会做到。
（说话要）”托住你的下巴“ 或 ”托托下巴“ 指：讲话要注意，如果说大话下巴会掉下来。
”AA“ ，”A" 或 ”劈硬柴“ 指：各付各的钱，或一起的消费平分为几份，各人承担一份。
“亲兄弟，明算账” 指：尽管双方有很亲近的关系或感情，但也要把一些账目或费用算清楚。
