In Chinese restaurants, it's good to have some appetizer, like peanuts, pickels when you drink tea before your meal. and tea also can help people to get over drunk, so it's the reason why almost every Chinese restaurants offer tea drinks. Apart from that, weak tea is always safer than strong tea for most of the time.
