南希/nán xī is the transliteration name of Nancy. If we only look into these two characters, it's neutral. Maybe you can change the last one into 茜/xī or 嬉/xī and make it more feminine.

罗利/luo2 li4 sounds similar to 萝莉/luo2 li4, which from Japanese ロリータ, means 10-15 age little girls. http://zh.wikipedia.org/wiki/%E8%98%BF%E8%8E%89

Actually, you have a lot more choices, 潘若一/ pan1 ruo4 yi1, 潘若亦/ pan1 ruo4 yi4 or 潘诺一/ pan1 nuo4 yi1, all work well with your English name.

I guess it was 凯琳/ kǎi lín, from the transliteration of Catherine in Chinese, 凯瑟琳/kǎi sè lín.

凯 kǎi, means triumph.

琳 lín, means a beautiful and fine quality jade. It's also a typical and wide use Chinese girl's name.

How about 凯瑞实/kǎi ruì shí?

凯 kǎi, changed from 卡, means triumph.

瑞 ruì, changed from 洛, means lucky and good fortune.

实 shí, changed from 斯, means full of or honest.

Hope it did a little help.

How about '裴‘ or '培'? They are both pronouced as péi, sounds similar to Perrier.

裴/péi, meaning 1)family name; 2)long clothes hanging down.

培/péi, means to raise, to develop.

Hope it helped.
