Actually, you have a lot more choices, 潘若一/ pan1 ruo4 yi1, 潘若亦/ pan1 ruo4 yi4 or 潘诺一/ pan1 nuo4 yi1, all work well with your English name.

裴/péi, meaning 1)family name; 2)long clothes hanging down.
培/péi, means to raise, to develop.

“女士”是对成熟女性的正式称呼。比如在一些正式场合，有时候用“女士”的年龄范围可能更广一点。
蒋杰韩这个名字我觉得很好啊。如果可能的话，蒋汉杰会更好一点。一来发音上342比322听起来更舒服，二来名字更有意义，呵呵。

September 13, 2011 at 3:57 AM南希/nán xī is the transliteration name of Nancy. If we only look into these two characters, it's neutral. Maybe you can change the last one into 茜/xī or 嬉/xī and make it more feminine.
