I love chinesepod.

But i can't help myself to suggest again Qing Wen should have an audio recording of the dialogue that plays straight through the lesson with only chinese like other lessons from Newbie to Advanced.

All you guys would have to do is take the audio from the dialogue that has already been recorded for the Qing Wen lessons and put all the recorded sentences from the dialogue together so that people wouldn't have to keep clicking the same sentence over and over again and it can't be followed with the PDF.

If each sentence from the dialogue was put into one audio recording it would be exceedingly useful to be able to study Qing Wen lessons and would be much easier for C Poders to actually memorize and retain and put into practice what is on the QW lessons.

Just like it is done with lessons at all levels on C Pod if it were done the same way with the dialogue with QW it would be much more effective and would be a greater tool for everyone to remember and really advance in there chinese study and learning.

thanks chinesepod for taking peoples considerations.

I am basing my view off of my experience in Hong Kong. Which is that cantonese people in HK often use chengyus. I am not sure if it is a regional thing perhaps or what. But in HK it is exceedingly useful learning chengyus and they are widely spoken and heard from TV to daily conversation.

before i read your post i was going to comment.

did anyone recognize Jen said the F word in cantonese?

You are right; i don't think Marge would be too happy about that.

And not a good testimony for the children either.

Keep those tones up north!

thanks fzim! that helps me understand alot more. so often people are talking about other parts of China it has seemed hard to find out alot of stuff about what it's like with conversing with people in Yunnan.

This gives me such a better idea now. cheers.
