That is a sad story. They obviously were lacking the agape love they needed to make wise decisions and love there children. Jesus said by the fruit of people's life you will know what kind of people they're. These people obviously weren't very Christian “Christ like", "like Jesus".
I could help you with the demons thing. I have seen many deaf people hear, a person crippled from polio walking straight and healed, and many other sickness and ailments healed. Including a friend who was suffering from severe asthma, I helped him cast out a demon then he was completely healed and asthma free. He had three children and seemed as near to death because of the asthma. Now he has no asthma after a demon came up and out of his body he was totally healed.
Recently, i cast a demon out of my wife's little sister, she is about 14 yrs. old or so cantonese girl. she was suffering from depression, her hair was falling out, and it was a bad case; She also had inflammation in her ear which was really bad. After she was delivered from the demon she has changed and become a much happier person with peace and the issue with her hair has totally stopped after she testifies of "something" a demon coming up and out of her stomach and body. Now she is healed from the ear inflammation and visibly a happier and more at peace young girl as well as healed.
I have wanted to stop posting on this forum for a long time now. But i have had to defend comments direct or indirect against the belief I share with 100,000,000 or so Chinese people.

Perhaps the author of the book never informed you about anything that brought any clarity to your mind about OT law. Any intelligent person would understand that many of the laws you are referring to on your post and other OT laws were given to the nation of Jews (Israel) and were never intended for any Christian to have to obey or follow as they were not given for all people but a nation of people the Jews.
Like your comment about clothes not to be mixed with other fibers was for “Jews”, and the other laws you wrote; the Bibles meaning about a women's menstruation is for someone not to have sex while a woman is on her period nothing to do with seven days after but seven days during menstruation. Obviously, women can have infections more easily during that time so that is why that was told the Jews to do so to maintain good health.
Then again it is stubborn to tell me to obey laws that were given specifically for Jews thousands of years ago not for everyone in the world to obey until the end of time.
What do you consider a rational scientific belief? By rational scientific belief I would hope you don't mean “nothing somehow became something then the something somehow blew up and exploded then somehow it evolved for millions of years into such order and wonder.”
Surely you understand that is very un-rational and has absolutely not one molecule of evidence. So there is obviously no rationale to such a way of thinking.
On the other hand, for centuries wise scientists have believed in the Bible because of its scientific facts which clearly show it is supernatural in origin.
Perhaps you no something about the history of science and what was written in the Bible thousands of years? Evidently not after you have “bagged” and mocked what the Bible says.
Thousands of years ago people believed the earth sat on a large animal or giant; but it was already written in the Bible that the earth hangs upon nothing. Also at the same time people thought the earth was flat when the Bible already said the earth was round.
Not all that long ago scientists first realized the sun is on a circuit. Thousands of years ago people had already written that down in the Bible. The same thing with mountains on the sea floor, paths in the seas, cycles of air currents, the emitting of radio waves, the hydrologic cycle, gravitational properties of constellations, etc. etc.
It was all the Bible which said it before scientists discovered such things about the great and majestic realities concerning the creation of the universe.
And last but not least your comment about the mustard seed clearly shows your arrogance and lack of understanding.
You can't take everything you read literally but have to put it into the cultural context and historical context of when it was written.
When Jesus spoke about the mustard seed being the smallest seed he was not speaking in a Yale conference room to 20th century botanists. He was speaking to Palestinian farmers over 2,000 years ago. At that time, the black mustard seed was the smallest seed ever sown by first century farmers in that part of the world. As Jesus wasn't comparing the mustard seed to all seeds in the world he was speaking to Palestinians who knew the mustard seed as the smallest of all cultured plant seeds in that part of the world at that time. He was speaking locally in context and in a culture where every farmer new the mustard seed as the smallest seed to be sown.

January 23, 2011 at 5:33 AMi know from cantonese when using this character 就 it puts more flow and flavour into the sentences spoken and makes the tone of what is being said and the sentences flow more smoothly. You can though omit the 就.
