Yep, I know Australia lost, but 2005 was a beauty. I don't think I missed a ball of the entire series. The Test in Edgbaston was the best I have ever seen! (I hear 'Amazing Adelaide' in 2006 was pretty good too, but I missed it as I was in 中国）

I went through a running phase a couple of months ago, where I became mildly addicted - until I injured my hamstring. I am just getting back into it now, so this lessoon was very timely for me in that regard.

Maybe that can be the next installment - dealing with injuries?

May I suggest something a little bit more simpler for a cricket lesson?

"Cricket is quite simple. You have two teams; ours and theirs, one out in the field, and one in. Each man in the sides that’s in, goes out when he is out. Then, when they have all been in, and are all out, the sides that’s in the field comes in and the sides that’s been in goes out, and tries to get out those coming in. Sometimes you get men still in and not out. Then, when both teams have been in and out, including not outs, that’s the end of the game. It’s really quite simple"

I actually found this quote in a marketing textbook when I was teaching in China. It was attributed to 'Anonymous'...
