@ RJ & BBB: Thanks! It's good to be back...i took a year break from CPod just because...no major reason...no hard feelings or anything bad. In the last year, i went thru some personal transitions like job stuff etc...I moved to LA about 6 months ago and I'm really happy now...it's been a roller coaster ride and now im really getting settled up here...making friends and connections. Hoping to get back into regular chinese studies. Cpod has went thru some changes too i see...i dont understand everything that has happened but im sure will find out in time...but again, its great to see John and Connie are still around...oh yeah and Jenny too! I'm overwelmed right now trying to decide where to jump in again...so many new lessons!

one of my fondest memories of China was riding in the cabs...some of the drivers were very talkative and very interested in 老外！others no so much...they had their chinese radio blasting and just ignored us till we got to the destination...i do remember holding on for dear life a couple times and bracing as the driver swerved in and out of lanes, cussing and spitting out the window! but that just made it all the more exciting!

I know i havent been around lately but i after listening to this i felt like i needed to give praise where it is deserved...Just wanted to say 谢谢 for a new show on Chinese culture. Its awesome and really helps to inspire me to keep on learning this great language. Also, I plan on doing business over there someday so it helps to know what to expect!
You are simply charming and I'm looking forward to more Jenny Zhu show! keep up the good work.

spare us your personal rants, this is NOT the place to do it...
why dont you attempt to translate them into chinese?
then at least they would be useful to this thread....
