Pete, after listening to PWP again today at work i have one complaint...its not long enough! You really left me wanting more...so i guess i agree with some of the other peeps here...but as you mentioned its a real balancing act so that it doesnt get too "lecture-y."

Now i would like to request 登鹳雀楼 and 静夜思.Not sure if i typed those titles correctly but i think you know what i mean.

I know these are a couple of the most popular but to me they are somewhat sentimental. Like most people here these were the first ones i ever heard. anyways, thanks man and i cant wait for the next installment! I'm a fan of the King so i'm cool with him droppin back in at anytime! ha ha!

哇!太棒了!我很喜欢了!!I liked everything about it.

Pete,

You pleasantly surprised me with your choice of theme song. I was expecting some kind of traditional sounding thing!  I liked the overall structure and how you didnt overanalyze it. The metaphor of the onion made sense and was also quite poetic. Jiaojie's voice was perfect too. She sounded so elegant reading that old poem. I will definitely be susbscribing to this.

Anyways, I give your first show 5 stars!

恭喜恭喜! 加油!加油!

ha ha, i just watched the elvis thing...everything is funnier with him in it...how random and humorous. liked that too...although the only drawback is that most of our chinese friends just wont "get it"!!!
