Are Lili & Zhang Liang next for the Ninja treatment - or is there a passing tsunami lined up to wash them away - and several other loose plot ends? Anyway - good lesson, useful reinforcement - & fun. When I started to learn Chinese it was never like this..

Useful lesson - lesson, vocabulary, expansion all pretty much joined up now. You've come a long way in the year since I started Chinesepod - & so have I.

Good lesson - also a reminder how hard it is to remember big numbers in Mandarin - thousands, millions etc.... Also like the new design - more accessible way of going back to revise recent lessons.

Good lesson - also improvement in extension exercises in latest lessons. For a time these were at too high a level (at least for me). Now they're fine - & useful.

Not lazy - perhaps people have all gone on holiday? Good lesson - but extension exercises seriously difficult. Do they have to be that hard?

Good lesson - one of the best things about Chinesepod is the variety - lots of good vocabulary & expressions in different registers. Good that some lessons seem easier than others - reinforcement of what you think you know already (or ought to know) is just as important as always learning new stuff all the time.

Corrupt employment practice in factories - now drugs dealing - it's useful to know the vocabulary for the seamier side of Chinese life. Makes a change from pandas, asking directions - & the Olympic Games.... I note that the extension exercises are drugs free... and realy difficult as well. But overall an excellent lesson.

Highly realistic text - lots of useful vocab in a real life context. Wish it wasn't a typical situation - but suspect it is. Keep up the good work...

To develop my language skills I think I need to know all kinds of expressions - including what might be seen as offensive & non-p.c. Need to know the vocabulary before I can really get to grips with the gender politics involved. So - a very useful lesson - well presented & structured - with vocab & expressions which are hard to come by elsewhere. Keep this going - it's getting better lesson by lesson....

Like the slightly longer text & useful vocabulary well explained. Am I alone in find the expansion work really demanding? But more examples, which is good. So good work all round. Dead pigeon or not dead pigeon...
