首先，what's more这个说法比较严肃，语气听来某人在骂人。更好该说in addition, furthermore, also。
你问的问题基本上不讲道理，当然因为人口多罪案就相对多，你的观点缺乏比率来算。犯罪率跟人口没有关系。反而犯罪率高低就是按照警察能力来的算。

re: sichuan earthquake relief fund. a few reports have emerged descibing how local officials have been taking bribes, what i call protection money, from recipients. although the authorities are beginning to act on victim complaints, they are still only small time cretins, the big fish are allowed to swim freely in the river, perhaps they're too big. maybe a bigger rod might help put them away.
while stories of corrupt small time officials are well-received, they do detract from the big issue re the shoddy construction of schools for poorer students throughout the provence.

your comment gives us food for thought(耐人寻味nai4ren2xun2wei4）. my father grew up on a dairy farm. back then most farmers were not all that well off. when his father slaughtered a 'beast' almost the whole animal was used for food consumption. his favourite； pig's trotters 猪脚zhu1jiao3，boiled tripe 水煮牛肠 shui3zhu3niu2chang2zi，and lambs fry 炒羊脑筋chao3yang2nao3jin1。
possum and rabbit stew were staple protein sources for many australians in the bush up until the post-war period. 砂锅牛排骨sha1guo1niu2pai2gu3 beef stew/casserole.

i've got into the habit of spitting out my bones in a nice neat pile on the table or randomly on the floor, depending on where i am, and only taking the heads of prawns, crunchy, but tasty.

谁先动手不当与主要，来这里的学生和在这里的老师一般来说都受到了高级教育，毕竟连受到高级教育的人才也能进入争论发不合理的话。我从昨天的激情争论又加强对于种族歧视和国家主义的理解，谁能说某国家政府或者政治家都是为了老百姓的和平，政治家虽说一般都受到了高级教育，也不是说他们的目的是完美并不会带来极度危险。我反而不觉得是像你那样说 ‘唠叨’。
不谈并忽略历史是个让后代再次进行过去的错误。是必要干脆争论的一件事。
不过， 听你的，这里是让学生开心的学习、打开新的局面。
