For example:
A： 还要别的吗？Do you need anything else?
B：不要了，谢谢。No, thank you.

后面两句也可以说：
除了学习，我今天什么事情都没有。

we can also use it in positve sentence, for example:
被XX公司录用，录用 lùyòng，employ
被评为“优秀学生” 评为 píngwéi， be assessed as
被XX大学录取 录取 lùqǔ enroll, recruit
