纹身我可不愿意 is not natural, I think we can say: 我永远不会去纹身 for "I would never get a tattoo." since "从来不“ is more likely to point past actions only.

从来不 indicate "custom", for example, 我从来不抽烟,我从来不喝酒。

文纹身 is not commonly used, I prefer 纹身。

手臂 and 胳膊 are two words for the same thing. 手臂 is more formal.

我从来不文纹身,我从来不纹身,and 我从来不会纹身 are all correct.

纹身 can be used as a verb or a noun. So here 文 纹身,文 is verb and 纹身 is noun.

As an adverb, 肯定 (kěndìng) and 一定 (yídìng) are interchangeable.

肯定 also can be used as a verb.

In Chinese, 工资 is same to 薪水。However, 薪水 is modern and young people prefer 薪水.

I accidentally knocked it down。

我不小心撞到了它。

It was not on purpose。/ I didn’t do it intentionally. It was totally unintentional。

我不是故意的。/ 我不是故意这么做的。/ 这真的是个意外。

Wǒ bùshì gùyì de. / Wǒ bùshì gùyì zhème zuò de. / Zhè zhēnde shì ge yì wài.

I did it on purpose.

我是故意的。

Wǒ shì gùyì de.

I intentionally did it.

我是故意这么做的。

Wǒ shì gùyì zhème zuò de.
