一国际评级机构标普将美国国债的信用评级降级，美国国债的购买人反倒增加了对美国国债的购买。
“把......遭到....”不能一起用。因为“把”字句表示“主动”，“遭到”表示“被动”。
可以说：“标普把美国国债的信用评级降级了。”或者“美国国债的信用评级遭到了标普的降级”。
书面语中“了”的使用比较少，就像上面帮你改的那句。
