I thought that the open parts on the side of an ashtray were called 烟缸门 but apparently it's 肛门的委婉说法

How do you call this part of the ashtray ?

Maybe because with this game you're supposed to play for hours after lunch time or during the night. You're either not productive at work or not at home after work.

I tend to use the expression 喜新厌旧 instead of 厌旧喜新 because it sounds much better to me in this order (the tones come naturally).

Some people say it doesn't have the same meaning and some people say it's the same. What's the truth ?

I wonder if the popular french expression "On n’a pas gardé les cochons ensemble" (我们没有一起养猪 , At the farm we didn't look for pigs together) could have an equivalent in chinese. It means "我们都不熟悉".

Working on the same difficult job in the fields could forge a bond between two people (almost a family bond).
