I guess 快活 is the short version of 快乐活力 (or 快乐活) in which 快 doesn't mean fast.

I thought you would introduce the concept of 乐天主义.

What's the difference between 乐天主义 and 乐观主义 ?

Do 乐天的人 use positive thinking only for the coming day and renew it everyday ?

Do 乐观的人 have general positive thinking ?

What about 快活的人 ? Living fast makes you happy or living fast is a sign of happiness ?

Apparently, people can still buy newborn super large dogs in Shanghai but could not strut about in the streets. This pore dogs who need super large pens are probably stuck in small apartments.

You're right, 丫头 sounds quite condescending but seems widely used. I heard it in a small restaurant of Guangzhou few years ago. The customer was speaking in mandarin to a young waitress with long hair.

Btw, the pronunciation of this word seems very similar in cantonese :
