April 8, 2017 at 8:40 AMhi,同学 688688191,I'm not an expert, but I think that this 着 here expresses the continuation of 跟 =to follow in the sense of the english - ing / i.e. following.. , closely together with..

you might use the MDBG dictionnary( free download), enter ‘play drums’ and you will find 打鼓 dǎgǔ.I'd think that you could say 我也希望可以把打鼓改善。But maybe one of the team could give you the correct translation.

December 15, 2016 at 7:13 AMhi Addisyn, sorry, I didn't add the pinyin. And there is yet a typo as it should read 两次 liǎngcì (twice) instead of 两字liǎng zì. Using PeraPera ( download it) you can just roll over the Chinese characters to get the translation.
Now it reads : Gwilym, méitiān liǎngcí dōu xǐgēzǎo zhēnshì ge cōngmíng huòzhě yìyǒurén de juédìng, zhōngguó nü3péngyou hěn tǎoyàn xīfāng rén de húchòu.
I wanted to say: taking every day twice a shower it's an intelligent or wise companions decision, because Chinese girlfriends don't like the westerners body odour/stench. I don't know whether this sentence is correct or not, but now you got the meaning.
Have a nice day!

December 14, 2016 at 9:00 PMGwilym, 每天两字都洗个澡真是个聪明或者益友人的决定。中国女朋友很讨厌西方人的狐臭!
