June 25, 2014 at 7:05 AMThere's a game of 'spot the Tesla' in China. I've seen a few of my friends sharing photos of their Tesla sightings on Chinese roads on social media. The Shanghai government has been eagerly courting Tesla to build its first Chinese factory in the city. Two disctricts (Pudong and Minhang) were fierecly competing against each other. I think the Free Trade Zone in Pudong eventually won the bid.
